- To encourage Republicans of Good Character in Stanislaus County to seek public offices at all levels.
- To support all Republican nominees for partisan office and to contribute funds, leadership, manpower and prestige to their campaigns to the extent of The Committee’s ability.
- To provide effective public relations and educational programs designed to bring the general public and underlying principals of the Republican Party in general and the position of the Party upon the national and state issues after proper consideration of national and state platforms and policy, and upon such other issues as The Committee deems to be partisan.
- To broaden the scope of the Republican Party activities and participation in Stanislaus County and particularly to encourage and foster vigorous volunteer Republican clubs, and to do whatever is necessary to develop manpower and leadership from these sources.
- To build and maintain county wide precinct and campaign organizations, and to provide a central headquarter facility and personnel as to make possible an effective organization for use by campaign committees of all Republican nominees for partisan office as The Committee deems necessary.
