RNC Releases Web Video: “Failed Promises: Nevada Edition” Ahead of Nevada Caucuses

WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee (RNC) released a new web video “Failed Promises: Nevada Edition” highlighting the horrible state of the Nevada economy under President Obama’s leadership. For three years, Barack Obama has been selling the American people empty promises, and Nevadans have been hurt the most. Nevada has the highest unemployment rate and foreclosure rate in the country. The enthusiasm for today’s caucus is proof positive that the people of Nevada are yearning for new leadership this fall.

“Barack Obama came to Nevada in 2008 to proclaim that we need to have ‘a real debate about how to fix our economy,’” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “Well, after three years of higher unemployment, record deficits and no end in sight, it’s clear the debate is over: President Obama’s prescription to turn the economy around has been an abysmal failure.”
“With the highest unemployment and foreclosure rate in the country, the people of Nevada are tired of the empty rhetoric and failed promises coming from Barack Obama. They’re ready for pro-growth policies to unleash the private sector and create jobs. This fall they will have a chance to vote for real solutions to get our economy moving again, instead of more failed promises.”
